Billing & Payment Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due within 15 days. Late payments may incur a $25 fee. Service may be paused for accounts over 30 days overdue. ### 7. Cancellation & Termination Clients may cancel with 14 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, repeated access issues, or unsafe conditions. ### 8. Liability Crystal Waters Pool Services Inc. is insured. We are not liable for indirect damages including leaks, equipment failure, or misuse. ### 9. Compliance Clients are responsible for permits or fees related to draining or refilling pool water. We follow all local regulations. ### 10. Agreement Acceptance Use of our services implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
